The Interfit website is easy to use and does not require tyre consumers to have any knowledge of tyres. By logging onto www.interfit-usa.com and selecting the “find forklift tyres” tool, customers are asked some basic information on their forklift and average hours of usage. A list of available tyres is then provided. After the tyre is selected, the consumer is walked through scheduling and payments of the tyres. The ordering process takes a matter of minutes to complete.
